We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond, the clean and cozy rooms with stunning mountain views, and the convenient location for skiing with ski storage and transportation options. Additionally, the breakfast was satisfying and the parking was free and easily accessible.
Nothing negative to say.

We stayed there for ski vacation and the special room for drying ski equipment increased the comfort of stay. Dinner was a kind of after day pleasure, a celebration of food which was nice.
For English speakers it was difficult to get some information or understand everything regarding service, e.g. we had to make blind choices in terms of menu as they were not able to describe what it is or what it is made of.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only clean and quiet, but also had a lovely balcony that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to ski resorts and a charming village with great restaurants and shops. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of fresh breads, cakes, and cheeses.
No improvements needed, everything was just perfect.

I stayed 2 nights (Sept.28th & 29th) at Villa Mozart. The weather was excellent. Villa Mozart is on the main road, a short walk from the centre of Pozza di Fassa, a picturesque & typical Alpine town. My room was at the back, very bright and airy, with an excellent view of Pozza di Fassa & the mountains. Breakfast was very good, although continental. The owner is a musician who did an impromptu concert one evening. I thought they were playing Shadows records in the bar, but it was actually the Italian owner (a huge fan of The Shadows & music generally) playing his guitar!
The hotel is B&B only & therefore does no meals, except breakfast. Pozza di Fassa more-or-less closes for the summer season mid-September & doesn't reopen again until November, so Villa Mozart was one of the few places to stay open. Shops, restaurants & bars in Pozza di Fassa have rotating days off & most choose Wednesday (the full day I was there) to close!

Great mountain view and friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for my business trip. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and easy access to public transportation.
The walls were thin, and I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. The pillows were too soft, and my back hurt after the first night.

A typical Tyrolian style hotel good size room with deck and view to mountains. Staff very helpful and we must thank them for their hospitality over the quiet part of the season plus for sending forgotten jacket to next hotel we visited. We would recommend this hotel to friends, set just outside of the main village. Parking, clean, good breakfast.

Great value for money, especially considering the attention to detail. The staff personally showed me where to park my bike in the secure garage, and even had a machine to polish boots for free. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Breakfast could use a little more variety, especially for vegetarians.
